Privacy Policy

Cascade Flow is published by Seldon Strategies. This policy describes local game data, Apple services, and information you choose to send for support.

Local Game Data

Progress, settings, scores, and purchase-related state are stored locally on your device. The game records delivered continue-purchase transaction identifiers and your remaining continue balance to prevent duplicate delivery. Cascade Flow does not currently provide its own cross-device progress synchronization.

In-App Purchases

Apple processes purchases and subscriptions through StoreKit. The game checks transaction and entitlement information to grant eligible benefits, restore eligible purchases, and handle expiration or revocation. We do not receive your card or bank details from these transactions.

Game Center

When you sign in to Game Center, the game reads your Game Center display name and authentication status and can submit scores and achievement progress to Apple. Apple manages Game Center account information and leaderboard visibility under its privacy policy and your Game Center settings.

Analytics and Accounts

The game does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not require a Seldon Strategies account. Apple may provide us with App Store sales, usage, and diagnostic reports under Apple's reporting and privacy settings. Apple services have their own account and privacy controls.

Support and Privacy Questions

If you email support, we receive your message, email address, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate problems. Avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Contact support@seldonstrategies.com about information you have sent us or to request its deletion. Device saves and Apple service data are managed separately on your device and through Apple. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
