Michael Frank is an AI founder and CEO building companies for the agentic era. He is the founder of Seldon Strategies, a developer of AI-native products across consumer software, enterprise operations, media, and gaming. He is also the co-founder and CEO of Radiant Intel, an agentic intelligence platform for geopolitical risk, macroeconomic analysis, and technology policy.

Michael's work spans company formation, product strategy, commercialization, and the deployment of agentic AI in real-world markets. He focuses on how autonomous software is changing what companies can build, how organizations operate, and where entirely new categories of products and services can emerge.

He also writes and speaks about AI competition, emerging technology, and the changing relationship between technology, international politics, and economics.

Background

Before becoming a founder, Michael was a Senior Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, where he focused on AI and emerging technology policy. Earlier, he led the Economist Intelligence Unit's Asia technology and geopolitics policy research.

He holds a master's degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree in international relations and economics from Colgate University.
