I lost my progress. Can you recover it?

Game progress is stored locally on your device. We cannot recover lost progress. If you've enabled iCloud sync (when available), progress may be recoverable from iCloud backup.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to the in-game Store and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any themes, sound packs, or subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.

What is the Puzzleverse?

The Puzzleverse is the narrative world of Cascade Flow — five distinct realms each with unique mechanics and atmosphere. Explore realms by progressing through the game and completing restoration challenges.

What are the five realms?

Fractured Basin (fundamentals), Glass Reach (echo mechanics), Ember Verge (accelerated), Deep Drift (meditative), and Luminous Fold (layered mechanics).

How do I unlock new realms?

Complete levels in your current realm to earn Flow Fragments. Accumulate enough fragments to unlock the next realm on the Flow Map.

The game feels too fast/slow.

Check Settings for difficulty options. Each realm also has its own pace — Ember Verge is intentionally fast, while Deep Drift is intentionally slow.
