By downloading or playing Cascade Flow ("the Game"), you agree to these terms.

License

Seldon Strategies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases including cosmetic themes, sound packs, continues, and a premium subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple. Virtual items have no cash value and are non-transferable. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

Save Data

Game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or app deletion.

Intellectual Property

All content in Cascade Flow — including art, audio, game mechanics, and the Puzzleverse narrative — is the property of Seldon Strategies.
