AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Crucible Games uses artificial intelligence to generate narrative content set in historical time periods. This content is historical fiction, not educational material. While we strive for historical plausibility, AI-generated narratives may contain inaccuracies, creative embellishments, or anachronisms. Do not rely on game content for academic, professional, or factual purposes.

Accounts

You must create an account to play. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Credits and Payments

Crucible Games uses a credit-based system. Credits are virtual currency with no cash value and are non-transferable. Each AI-generated narrative turn costs approximately $0.02 in credits. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's App Store refund policies. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice.

Content Ownership

Your gameplay decisions and inputs remain yours. AI-generated narrative responses are provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may share screenshots or brief excerpts for personal social media use. The underlying game engine, historical data, and AI systems are the property of Seldon Strategies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to manipulate or inject prompts into the AI system; use automated tools to access the service; reverse engineer the game; or use the service for any illegal purpose.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific AI response quality, or historical accuracy of generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seldon Strategies' total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
