How do recommendations work?
Embarq uses a 17-dimension travel personality model built from your preferences, check-ins, and interactions. The AI matches destinations to your unique travel style using this profile.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings on your iPhone > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Embarq to manage or cancel your subscription.
Is my loyalty program data synced with airlines/hotels?
No. Loyalty data is manually entered and tracked locally. We are not affiliated with any airline or hotel program. Always verify balances with your loyalty program directly.
Can I export my trip data?
Premium subscribers can export trips to PDF and calendar formats from the trip detail view.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or email us. All your data will be permanently removed.
What does the Vibe Check do?
Vibe Check is a quick-select interface that captures your current travel mood. It helps the AI refine recommendations to match how you're feeling right now, not just your overall preferences.
Are my check-ins visible to others?
Only if you choose. Each check-in can be set to private (only you) or public (visible to followers). Private is the default.
