By using Embarq ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Embarq is an AI-powered travel companion that provides destination recommendations, trip management, check-in journaling, and loyalty program tracking. Recommendations are generated by AI and should be used as suggestions, not definitive travel advice.

Accounts

You must create an account to use Embarq. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

Subscriptions

Embarq offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple's App Store. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

AI Recommendations

Destination recommendations, travel advice, and AI chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee accuracy of recommendations. Always verify travel information (visa requirements, safety advisories, booking details) through official sources before making travel decisions.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (check-ins, notes, photos). By posting public check-ins, you grant Embarq a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app.

Loyalty Program Data

Loyalty program tracking is based on information you manually enter. We are not affiliated with any airline or hotel loyalty program. We do not guarantee accuracy of points calculations or status projections.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of AI-generated recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

Seldon Strategies is not liable for travel decisions made based on app recommendations, loyalty program data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
