By using Embarq ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Embarq provides taste-matched place recommendations, saved trip planning, Apple Maps place import, and shared travel Ideas. Recommendations are planning suggestions, not guarantees.

Accounts

You may browse without an account. An account is required to save and sync cloud data or use shared Ideas. You are responsible for maintaining account security and must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Navigator Subscriptions

Navigator is an optional auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription that unlocks creation of collaborative Ideas circles and taste-matched Singapore dinner planning. Invited collaborators may join a circle without subscribing. Current prices and billing periods are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refunds under its terms; deleting the app or your Embarq account does not by itself cancel the subscription.

Recommendations and Map Data

Place rankings reflect your taste profile, curated data, and available MapKit results. We do not guarantee availability, opening hours, prices, safety, suitability, visa requirements, or booking details. Verify important information with venues and official sources before traveling.

User Content

You retain ownership of planning notes, saved places, and Ideas you create. When you share an Ideas circle, you authorize Embarq to display that content to participating circle members and allow their permitted collaboration.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy or completeness of place recommendations and third-party map data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seldon Strategies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from travel decisions, third-party place data, collaboration activity, or service interruptions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
