Frequently Asked Questions

I lost my save data. Can you recover it?

The game keeps a local save. Supported iOS versions also synchronize saves through iCloud when available. Check that you are using the same Apple Account and that iCloud is enabled. Synchronization is not a guaranteed backup, and support cannot reconstruct lost progress. Contact us before deleting or reinstalling the game if a save appears missing.

How do I restore my full-game purchase?

Connect to the internet and tap "Restore Purchases" on the title screen using the Apple Account that bought the full-game unlock. Restoring the unlock does not restore a lost game save. If you previously paid to download the app and cannot access content, contact support with your purchase date; do not send payment-card details or account credentials.

How do I access New Game+?

Reach an ending and return to the title screen. The main menu offers New Game+ after a completion is recorded.

I'm stuck. What should I do?

Talk to NPCs — especially Commander Voss in the Command Center. Enable the hint system in Settings for progressive objective guidance. Check workbenches for craftable items that might help.

How many endings are there?

Five distinct endings, based on which quests you complete and choices you make.

Does the game require an internet connection?

Single-player gameplay supports offline play. Buying or restoring content and using iCloud or Game Center require access to Apple services. Confirm your purchase online before relying on unlocked content offline. Multiplayer requires an available server and a connection.

What data does the game collect?

See our Privacy Policy for details about saves, Apple services, and optional feedback.

What devices are supported?

Check the App Store listing for the operating-system and device requirements of the version available to you.

The audio isn't working.

Make sure your device isn't in silent mode and that in-game audio settings have volume turned up. On iOS, you may need to tap the screen once to enable audio playback.
