I lost my save data. Can you recover it?

Save data is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to it and cannot recover lost progress. Starting fresh is a great opportunity to explore different paths and discover new endings.

How do I access New Game+?

Complete all 6 primary quests and view your ending. The main menu will then offer a New Game+ option.

I'm stuck. What should I do?

Talk to NPCs — especially Commander Voss in the Command Center. Enable the hint system in Settings for progressive objective guidance. Check workbenches for craftable items that might help.

How many endings are there?

Five distinct endings, based on which quests you complete and choices you make.

Does the game require an internet connection?

No. Enceladus Run is fully playable offline. The optional multiplayer feature requires a connection.

What data does the game collect?

What devices are supported?

iOS 16 or later (iPhone and iPad). The game also runs in modern web browsers.

The audio isn't working.

Make sure your device isn't in silent mode and that in-game audio settings have volume turned up. On iOS, you may need to tap the screen once to enable audio playback.
