License

Seldon Strategies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content in Enceladus Run — including procedurally generated art, audio, narrative, characters, and game mechanics — is the property of Seldon Strategies.

Save Data

Game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or browser cache clearing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, or attempt to extract source code or game data for commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seldon Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Apple EULA

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
