These terms apply when you download or use Morning Mercy (the “App”), published by Seldon Strategies. By using the App, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.

Purpose of the App

Morning Mercy provides Christian Scripture readings, prayer routines, reminders, and personal progress tools for reflection and spiritual wellness. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or professional religious advice and is not a substitute for qualified care.

Content and Attribution

Scripture quotations are from the King James Version. Audio recordings identified as LibriVox recordings were produced by LibriVox volunteers and released into the public domain. Morning Mercy's software, visual design, organization, and original written material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Permitted Use

You may use the App and its content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or redistribute the App as your own product.

Free Access

Morning Mercy 1.0 provides its complete bundled session and routine library free of charge. This version does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apple's standard end-user license agreement also applies where applicable.

Availability and Changes

We may improve, update, or discontinue features or content. We work to keep the App reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer and Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Seldon Strategies disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the App, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
