VowPilot
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of VowPilot ("the App"), provided by Seldon Strategies LLC. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Who May Use VowPilot
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account.
The Service
VowPilot provides manual and AI-assisted tools for wedding budgets, timelines, tasks, vendor comparison, quote extraction, decision tracking, and message drafting. Features may evolve as we improve the service.
AI Planning Disclaimer
VowPilot uses AI to generate planning briefs, analyze quotes, and draft communications. AI-generated content is a suggestion, not professional advice or a guarantee. Review all outputs and independently verify vendor availability, pricing, contracts, deadlines, laws, accessibility needs, and safety requirements.
Budget Estimates
Budget allocations and pricing estimates are based on general market data and AI analysis. Actual costs may vary significantly. VowPilot is not responsible for budget overruns.
Vendor Communications
AI-drafted messages are templates. Review and customize every communication before sending. VowPilot is not your agent, wedding planner, attorney, financial adviser, or party to any vendor agreement.
Premium Subscriptions
VowPilot Premium is offered at $24.99 per month or $179.99 per year in the United States; Apple may display localized pricing, taxes, or currency in other regions, and the price shown in the App Store purchase sheet controls. Eligible new subscribers who choose the annual plan may receive a 7-day free trial.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, and trial eligibility under its terms. Deleting your VowPilot account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Your Content
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant Seldon Strategies and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and analyze that content solely to operate and improve the App.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your Seldon Strategies account and associated app data from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion cannot be undone. Some records may be retained only when legally required or necessary to resolve fraud, security, or billing disputes.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep VowPilot available and accurate, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and material changes will be reflected in the App or these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." Seldon Strategies is not liable for wedding planning outcomes, vendor acts or disputes, missed deadlines, budget discrepancies, indirect damages, or decisions based on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Terms
These terms are governed by applicable United States law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required by the App Store.
